Krista
Raised by parents who honored the ancient ways of nature, Krista was taught to embrace her own. She shines brightest when speaking about the magic of poetry, the psyche’s initiations through heartbreak, emotional freedom and self-love, spiritual gifts, and trauma repair. Her Arkansas roots trace back to a young queer witch growing up in the Bible Belt - a wild and deeply sensitive child of a high priestess, raised within a coven and a community of magical people.
Krista moves through the world differently, carrying undeniable, massive energy. This once left her isolated, bullied by peers, and gifted with an abundance of time for self-development, reiki healing, and divination. From outsider to observer, her curiosity, compassion, and love for human nature emerged from both a wound and a gift.
What sets Krista apart is her ability to blend psychology and spirituality into sacred rituals that feel so fun and simple, you barely realize you're re-cognizing trauma, rewriting stories, emotionally honoring yourself, working actual magic, living poetry, integrating and healing. A certified nerd with an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Krista's quest led her through many a validation-via-education journey, earning four degrees from ATU in psychology, sociology, criminal justice, and anthropology. Her magic lies in her ability to see connections others overlook, making intuitive leaps at lightning speed. She is an open and wordy book, overflowing with tools and resources that she passionately shares to support the sustainable growth, empowerment, and healing of her students, community, and nature itself.
What breaks her heart the most is people who don’t love themselves the way they naturally are and who have abandoned their inner child and creative gifts. She knows that pain intimately. She’s lived it. But she found another way that felt better and opened her heart. Now, she is devoted to guiding others through trauma repair, the same transformative process that brought her home to herself. It freed her from a lifetime of shame and denial of pain, allowing her to step into her fullest, most unapologetic self. Through her work, she helps others rediscover their own magic, own their truth, and embrace the power and value of their most authentic expression. Krista has spent a lifetime enchanting people’s stories, songs, and dances out of their heart, bringing connection and presence where it is needed most.
